Hold out your hand, I'll give you mine,
Show me the twinkle in your eye,
mine will open wide.
Walk on ahead of me, I will surely follow.
Hold out your arms, my body will close in.

Show me that smile on your lips,
I will shout with laughter.
Show me a tear falling down you cheek
I will sob loudly.

Give me your thoughts and
they will become my future.
If you fall down, I will be there to lift you up
Stump your toe, I will feel the pain.
Give me your love, my life will belong to you.

All these things we took for granted,
No longer remain.
In my heart and mind, they will live forever.
You will always be here when I need you.
Maybe not in body, but in spirit, you remain.
We will be together forever,
Until death do us part.
Wait for me in heaven,
Until we meet again.
