Ten Thousand Kisses

Ten thousand kisses-five hundred first loves....
You’re heaven in every detail,
And every dream I’ve conjured in life,
You inspire me, love, without fail.

Words not yet created could only describe
Your wonder and endless appeal,
My language is limited, frustrates me so,
But God understands how I feel!

You’ve managed to show me my soul does exist,
For you have invaded its’ space,
No longer it searches for the missing part,
My love, you have taken your place!

You’re purest of beauty-perfection defined,
You’re every flower that’s bloomed,
And all of the sunsets yet to recede-
You’ve the mystery of a full moon.

I’ve only a lifetime to pray for that day
My words will suffice to express,
To you my child, my beating heart-
How you have defined happiness.

'Til then I’ll stand silent, as I look above,
And thank the God that I know,
For showing to me - a miracle lives,
My love, you have proven it so!
