Rainbows
The rainbow stands for happiness,
It reminds us of Gods love.
He'll always keep His promise,
we can count on His word.
He didn't say it would be easy, but
he'll be with us through the storm.
There may be lots of thunder,
but we don't need to be alarmed.
It takes sunshine and rain
to make the flowers grow.
So that we can grow strong,
God gave us some of both.
God will surely bless us
if we just do our best,
then give it all to Him and
let Him do the rest.
I know that he will guide us
if we'll ask and believe.
We must have faith in Him
if we expect to receive.
So when life gives you scraps,
PRAY and then make quilts.
God can take these tattered pieces
and make beautiful gifts.
Expect some storms in life
but know this too, shall pass.
look forward to the future
God always knows what's best.
We may not understand,
but this one thing I know,
we must endure the rain
to see the rainbow.
