Places In Your Heart Do you feel me here beside you as you cry all alone? Did you hear me whisper, our love will still live on? I've gone home to be with God now but I'm watching over you, to help you along your way, to keep you safe from harm and when you get to heaven I'll meet you with open arms. You can't be with me right now, God's not ready for you yet. Just know that I love you and I know that you love me. I have a place in your heart where no one else will ever be. I know you won't forget me, our love can't be replaced. But you must make a new life, don't hang on to the past. If I could take your pain I would toss it to the wind. I want you to be happy, I want your heart to mend. You have places in your heart you never knew were there. I know my place is special, but you have so much love to share. I know you're grieving now, but please don't grieve for long, I want you to be happy, I don't want you to be alone. You laughed with me, you cried with me, you made my life complete, but you don't need to be alone now, you need some company. It won't be the same, so don't expect it to be.
