There is a special place I know
When I am troubled I can go
In total silence I rejoice
As I await his still soft voice

With words of love upon my ear
I know my God is always near
The blessed comfort that he brings
My soul restored my glad heart sings

With peace of mind I humbly pray
For loving guidance each new day
To have God's help I always know
I have my special place to go

What joy to know that God is there
To leave our burdens in his care
We all can have his loving grace
You'll find him in your special place
