If suddenly the world should end
without all said and done
If darkness crept around us
no shining from the sun

If the wind blew stronger
and the earth began to shake
Stars fell from the sky
no more light for them to make

If the oceans began to tremble
and raged upon us its waves

If the sky fell upon us
leaving nothing else to save
Would it be only then
that we would cry out in pain
Begging God for his mercy
after we had taken him in vain

But then my friend
it may be too late
So live by Gods love now
you may not have another day
