Guardian Angels
That day on the freeway
Cars were going to and fro,
You were just on an errand
The danger,how could you know
The unforeseen collision
Spun your car around,
But your guardian angels
Was ever ready to surround
With their invisible arms
They cradled you from harm,
They had been summoned by prayer
To keep you safe from all harm
One day when you're older
I'll tell you what I know,
About the angels of the freeway
And the power of their halo
The moral of this poem
Don't underestimate prayer,
Someone may be praying for you
Making your angels aware!
Thank you God for allowing
Your angels of mercy to go,
As they watch over my family
In their ventures to and fro.
