Do you feel the waters rising
That would try to overtake your soul?
There is one who will be there for you,
And will keep you safe within the fold.

No flood shall overtake you
If in his arms you remain,
He calmed yesterday's troubled waters
Today, He can still do the same.

He still walks on the waters
In the midst of all your storms,
And he still speaks "peace be still"
As he keeps you safe from all alarm.

Through life has many problems
And everyone has cares along the way,
If we lean on the arms of Jesus,
There will always be a better day.
